Course details

This course is broken into three parts. Part 1 examines trauma and its impact on our everyday lives, as well as how to create habits that promote post-traumatic growth. Participants are encouraged to think about how they define success and what really matters to them in life. Part 2 focuses not on finding a job, but on determining a career path and setting long-term career goals. In Part 3, participants learn skills that will help them be successful in the workplace and beyond.

The course consists of 18 short videos, as well as a 42-page workbook complete with quizzes and activities to reinforce the information presented.

About the Instructor
